“I have found that if you love life, life will love you back.” —Arthur Rubenstein

Have you figured out the importance of “Good Mornings” and why we do them? I’ll give you a clue… read the above quote again. When we put out good thoughts and  good feelings, we feel better and they return to us. The old saying, “What goes around comes around,” holds true. However, that means that if we put out negativity, anger, and fear, they will “come around” as well. Life is too important to leave to chance. Saying an
affirmation and a positive good morning allows us to take the wheel and put our best foot forward each day. If you slip into negative thinking patterns during your day, you’re not alone! We all do from time to time. Keep some of your favorite quotes handy and read/write a few extra affirmations during those days.

Your Turn:
If you haven’t been saying heartfelt good mornings to everyone,
consistently, start. If you haven’t been saying and writing
your affirmation, start. Reread the tips in the introduction for
effectively using the Today’s Affirmation at the end of each inspiration.
You can only reap the results this can offer by diving
in. What do you have to lose?

Today’s Affirmation:
I embrace life, always putting my best foot forward.
