Good morning! As we move through another week, let’s remember
the power of a glance and an encouraging smile. At a
recent work meeting, our team was reviewing how 90 percent
of communication is nonverbal.


What are you “saying” when you aren’t “speaking?” Pay careful
attention, as you might be surprised! When you aren’t acting with
positive intention, you leave room for negative interpretation.


Your Turn:
Pay attention to your nonverbal communication today. Work to
increase your positive intentions to others through a smile or
encouraging word. A simple thank-you can warm the heart.
