“Get up and dance, get up and smile, get up and drink to the days that are gone in the shortest while.” - Simon Fowler

Isn't that a wonderful, yet bittersweet, quote? It reminds us that what is all around us won’t last forever. Yet
in the same breath, it also reminds us to dance and smile and celebrate. What will you do today to celebrate the fact that you are here? To celebrate what you have that is good in your life?

Your Turn:
We don’t need a party to celebrate each day is a present waiting
to be unwrapped. What is one thing you could do today to
“celebrate” and show your appreciation for all that you have?
Remember that gratitude for the things we love brings more of
those things. Likewise, complaining about what we don’t have
brings more lack.
What story would you rather live in? What choices will you
make today to support that story?

Today’s Affirmation:
Every day I embrace and celebrate the precious gift of life.

“Dreams come a size too big so that we can grow into them.” - Josie Bissett

Today, I want you to… Stop. Take a deep breath. For the next two minutes, we are going to be doing
something that might be a bit foreign relaxing! (Don’t just read this do it!) Close your eyes and take another deep breath. Now exhale. Imagine you are breathing in all things good and wonderful and exhaling all your stress and troubles.

Your Turn:
Once you are relaxed, take a moment to reflect on this question:
“What dream do you hold in your heart?”

Today’s Affirmation:
“I will reach any dream I set my mind and heart to.”
